Article 24 of the new decree specifies that all current appointments for exam supervision are mandatory and national, legally obligating any summoned employee to contribute to supervision committees and the conduct of the exams. This mandate shows the Ministry's commitment to a standardized and strong examination system. The Ministry has established 200 examination centers distributed across the national territory to accommodate the large number of candidates and ensure accessibility. Summoned staff must report to their assigned examination centers before the exam date to familiarize themselves with the venue and procedures. On July 11th, all supervisors must be present by 7:30 AM to ensure smooth commencement of the day's events. Pre-exam procedures include inspecting centers, receiving exam rooms, and directing candidates to their respective examination halls. Summoned employees must submit a simplified administrative file to the center head on exam day. This file must include a passport photo, a crossed postal check, a salary slip, and a copy of the social security card for administrative processing. Bank checks are not accepted for the purpose of depositing compensation. Candidates will be distributed evenly across the centers, with 20 candidates per exam room to maintain optimal supervision conditions. Depending on their rank, candidates will take between two and three exams, spread over morning and afternoon sessions, ensuring a full assessment of their capabilities.
Coordination and Transparency Measures
The examinations aim to ensure complete transparency throughout the entire process, from supervision to correction. A vital coordination and guidance meeting is scheduled for July 8th at 10:00 AM. This meeting will serve to detail tasks outlined in the exam supervision committee guide, ensuring all personnel are fully informed of their responsibilities. This meeting will also cover the distribution of supervision shifts and mechanisms for handling potential emergencies that may arise during the examination period. Following the exams, all answer sheets will be sent to national collection centers for anonymization. This critical anonymization process involves removing personal data and replacing it with specific codes, a measure intended to ensure both confidentiality and transparency in grading. After this key step, the anonymized answer sheets will be dispatched directly to correction centers. To further enhance fairness and accuracy, each answer sheet is slated to undergo two separate corrections by different examiners.
Strict Penalties for Non-Compliance
Absence from the coordination meeting on July 8th or the exam day on July 11th will result in immediate disciplinary measures, according to the Ministry of National Education. These measures include direct financial deductions from the employee's salary for the days of absence, reflecting the seriousness with which the Ministry views participation. Such non-compliance can lead to strict disciplinary procedures, potentially requiring an appearance before appeals committees or disciplinary councils.
